Annabelle - the little dreamer

Jae, who's a Korean artist and a dolly collector, has approached me recently if I could help to create her dream doll.
She has captured her dolly on several sketches and asked me to make a free interpretation of her idea and transform it into a doll of her dreams…
I don't need to tell you how exciting this artist cooperation was for me… and the outcome is a little dreamer Annabelle

Annabelle's base doll was Blythe Wendy Weekender and you can see more of her pictures in my Flickr gallery.

Beautiful Blythe Vintage Fashion

I would like to mention one recent Blythe fashion discovery of mine - the vintage shabby chic dresses made by talented Paula of the 'Sweet Red Cottage' (her shop can be found on Etsy).

See for yourselves… one of Paula's creation on my dear Bella...

Fenix Pre-order in June

The pre-order of Fenix was originally planned for late May, however due to some delays in the factory with the samples where Fenix is being cast, the pre-order will start slightly later than planned - in June.

I apologise to all of you who are waiting for Fenix and I hope you'll stay with us and wait a little bit longer. I'm sure it will be worth it.

I can reveal for now that the two resin colours will be 'fair' (light normal skin tone) and 'sun kissed' (light tan).

Custom Blythe Misha - now Olivia

Olivia, who started as a new Blythe Misha Tebya Lyublyu, is my latest custom girl.

I've given her name from the gemstone Olivine, which is a beautiful light green gemstone that her eyes remind of.

She will be soon available for adoption in my Etsy.

Two Custom Blythe girls

Pink Panther and Blue Sapphire are my latest custom Blythe girls that I've created for two special members of my family as presents.
They both have adorable candy coloured hair and eyes and I hope they will bring a lot of love and happiness  to the lives of these two special 'girls' who will receive them!

Bunny Jumper Present from Verde Blue

Verde Blue was the winner of my first FB giveaway a while ago, and because she is a talented crafter and a keen Blythe lover, she'd decided to make a present for me!
All my girls and I are sending a big hug and thank you kiss to Verde Blue for this beautiful mohair bunny jumper in such a gorgeous colour combination!

Bella was the lucky one to try it out first and posed for pictures with her bunny friends, too.
Thank you so much Verde Blue!

My Icy girl

I know that Icy dolls are't as popular as Blythes but I do like customised Icies a lot. In a way they are somewhat more difficult to work with for known reasons like the scalps being glued to the plates too much, or thin plastic on the mouth area but when they are carved nicely they can be really cute…

Here's my girl - I've decided to try something new on her and I carved her with open mouth + teeth like I've seen done by quite a few fellow customiser on Blythes and Icies…

She looks so real, I'm expecting her to start talking soon :-)
